Ratings on Disnasty only ever come from a real, completed purchase, there’s no way to review a seller you haven’t actually bought from.
Once an order is marked delivered, the buyer can leave the seller a review from their order history. Rate the seller using the same Goldmine scale used for item condition, M down to P, and optionally add a note up to 160 characters.
Every review appears on the seller’s profile, under its Reviews tab, alongside the item that was purchased. The seller’s average rating also shows next to their name on their profile, on their listings on the Buy page, and in your cart when you’re buying from them.
A review can’t be edited or deleted once submitted, so a rating can’t be walked back or gamed after the fact. Each order can only be reviewed once.
If a review is fake, abusive, or otherwise violates our Terms of Service, use the report button on that review to flag it for our team.
