List manually with full release details, import directly from your Discogs collection, or bulk-upload a spreadsheet with the CSV import tool. Every listing ties to a specific release, down to the exact pressing or edition, so it shows accurate, structured release data instead of a free-text description.
Every listing carries two grades on the Goldmine scale, one for the media and one for the sleeve, since they can wear differently. Grade honestly, misgrading a damaged item as better than it is violates our Terms of Service.
You set your own price, there’s no suggested-price tool built in. If you have several copies of the exact same pressing, list them together and set the listing’s quantity, stock is deducted automatically as copies sell.
At least one photo is required to publish a listing, and you can add up to 10. Photograph the actual item you’re shipping, not stock art, including any visible wear that affects its condition grade.
Open any listing from your seller dashboard to edit its price, quantity, condition, notes, or photos at any time. Removing a listing takes it off the marketplace immediately.
Counterfeit, bootleg, stolen, or misrepresented items are prohibited, along with anything restricted or illegal to ship. Suspected violations can be reported directly from the listing.
